Hawaii’s rich cultural heritage offers plentiful opportunities to understand and appreciate its past, expressed in art and performances through the Honolulu Academy of Arts, Contemporary Museum of Art, Hawaii Theatre, Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, Manoa Valley Theatre, Tennent Art Foundation Gallery, Maritime Museum, three art galleries at the University of Hawaii Manoa Campus. Dances lessons in the hula and storytelling are also offered.
